This privacy policy explains how Hana / Hermes Agent handles data when used as a private, single-user personal automation assistant.
Who operates the application
This application is operated for private personal use by the account owner. Questions about privacy or access can be sent to nadasi.adam.1@gmail.com.
What data is accessed
When explicitly authorized by the account owner, the application may access selected Google Workspace data, including Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Contacts, Sheets, and Docs. The exact access depends on the permissions granted in Google OAuth.
How data is used
Data is used only to provide personal automation requested by the account owner, such as searching or summarizing email, checking calendar information, or working with selected personal files. The data is not sold, rented, used for advertising, or used to build a service for other users.
Storage and sharing
OAuth credentials and application data are stored in the private Hermes environment controlled by the account owner. Data is not intentionally shared with third parties, except as necessary to communicate with the Google APIs requested by the account owner. This public website does not contain mailbox data, OAuth tokens, passwords, or private files.
Retention and deletion
The account owner can revoke Google access at any time through Google Account security settings. Local credentials and application data can also be deleted from the Hermes environment. No separate public user database is maintained.

This policy may be updated if the application’s functionality or data handling changes. The latest version will be published on this page.
